I was going to say how wide they look, but how tall the sidewalls are... then I saw the label. Only 195? 14" rims? What is this for? Chevette with big rims?
edit - I used to have this car:
or one just like it. I put 4 new tires on it for $100. (in 1994 or so). Remember when they had newspaper ads like "New tires for just $19.95!!!"? That was the size that fit this car. Something like a 155/80-13.
